Hi! My name is Hilder Santos, but actually my real name is Hilderlei Pereira dos Santos - yes, i know, it’s hard to spell it, even to us, brazilians - and i’m currently a 24 years old webdeveloper and webdesigner from Bahia, Brazil.

I do work on the W3Z Webagency (website in portuguese only) since april 2008 as a webdeveloper, making xHTML and CSS compliant projects, all tableless and following the current webstandards.

I started my career on web in 2006 with my first weblog: the Pimenta com Dendê. In my first Wordpress installation, i saw that i could do a lot more than… a simple blog with it. So, i started to study the system, and started to do things that i would consider impossible to do before - such all-personalized home-pages, post-icons, and all the good stuff.

Then, i started to produce my own websites. Some friends contacted me to do some works to them, and i did - and they enjoyed very much the result. So, more precisely in a meeting with some bloggers here from Bahia in the 2008 year’s start, i met Gerson Souza, current projects manager from W3Z. We shared some ideas and he presented me to the agency’s manager… and i’m there until nowadays.

All my works are based on acessibility and webstandards. I always like to validate all my works whenever it’s possible. My habilities are: PHP (basic), Wordpress, Fireworks, Photoshop, xHTML and CSS.
